Upon arrival into Antananarivo, after completing immigration formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Here you will be met by an Alluring Africa representative for your private road transfer to Relais des Plateaux, where you will stay for one night.
Enjoy the heated swimming pool and newly built spa with sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and spa therapies using traditional Malagasy remedies.

After breakfast, you will be collected from your hotel and transferred to the airport for the scheduled flight to Diego Suarez. Upon arrival in Diego Suarez, you will be met by our local staff for your road transfer to Nature Lodge, where you will stay for two nights.
Diego Suarez is well known for its spectacular setting, overlooking a deep harbor. For centuries, it has been considered of great strategic importance. Today, Diego Suarez is an excellent gateway to the varied natural attractions of northern Madagascar. The city has long been relatively isolated from the rest of Madagascar, yet influenced by the many travelers and traders who have passed through: Arab, Chinese, Indian and Creole culture have all made their mark on this cosmopolitan city.

This morning, you will meet with your local English speaking guide for your Full Day Visit to Montagne dโAmbre National Park.
Established by the French in 1958, this volcanic massif and its surrounding forest are now one of the countryโs best examples of ecotourism, which invites local community participation in planning and management. Thousands of acres of mountain rain-forest are home to extraordinary plant and animal life. Huge ferns and strangler figs flourish in the forest, while several indigenous species of lemurs, including Sanfordโs lemur and the crowned lemur, are also found here. You may even see ring-tailed mongoose and fossa. Magnificent bird life includes crested ibis, paradise flycatcher, forest rock thrush and ground-rollers. You may wish to make one of the waterfalls the destination of your trip โ as you make your way to one of the dramatic falls, you can learn more about the areaโs inhabitants.

After breakfast, meet with your English speaking local guide for your road transfer to Iharana Bush Camp, where you will stay for three nights (4 hours).
The drive is on a fairly poor road but the lush, volcanic landscape is gorgeous. This is the breadbasket of the Diana region. As you approach Ankarana you will get a spectacular view of the Tsingy.

After breakfast, you will set out with your local English speaking guide for a Full Day Ankarana Park Visit.
Ankarana is an island of Tsingy and forest, the massif is penetrated by numerous caves and canyons. Some of the largest caves have collapsed, forming isolated pockets of river-fed forest with their own perfectly protected flora and fauna. The reserve is known for its many lemur species, including crowned and Sanfordโs brown lemurs. It is also a birdwatcherโs paradise with nearly 100 species. If you are lucky you may even spot fossa and tenrec. Your guide will recommend the best trails to follow depending on your physical aptitude and interests. Points of interest include: Baobab forest, Ampondrabe River, the abyss where the three rivers of Ankarana disappear, Batโs Cave, Les tourelles des Tsingy (turret shaped rock formations) and Lac Vert, a stunning crater lake.

At 8:00 am depart for a visit to Tsingy Tsingy (3 hours). First, you will take the cannon for the 15 minutes crossing from Ecolodge to Tsingy. During this visit you will find orchid vanilla, coryphaea, Ebony woods, syphostema macro carpa, Andena, orchids and Aloes de Vera. After 45 minutes of walking, you arrive at the Cave of Camรฉlรฉon where you can meet the bats at the entrance, and discover the stalagmites and the stalactites whose colors are wonderful.
Climb across the Tsingy for about 45 minutes to reach the magnificent lookouts offering a whole of Sirama. When the sky is clear, you can see the archipelago of Mitsio on the horizon.
