Day 1 Monday 04 December 2017:
Upon arrival at O.R Tambo International Airport off flight DL200 from Atlanta arriving at 16:35 you will be met by a Menzies representative, who will assist you through passport control, baggage collections and customs and on to arrivals. From the arrivals hall, guests will also be assisted to their connecting flight check-in counter, and also be assisted all the way through security and to the boarding gate of the connecting flight SA78 to Windhoek departing at 19:30.
If your aircraft is parked on a Shute, a Menzies representative carrying a name board will meet you when exiting the door of the aircraft Shute.
If arriving on an International or Regional flight, they will assist you to immigration, where you may make use of the Fast Track line, before proceeding to the carousels to collect your luggage. Thereafter, you will be assisted through customs to the arrivals hall OR the airline counters to check-in for your onward flight. When required, the Menzies representative will escort you to the airport hotels or airport shuttle bus terminal.
If your aircraft is parked in a remote bay on the tarmac, please make use of the standard Airports Company Bus service for the transfer to the terminal building, where the Menzies representative will be waiting for you with a name board, and assist you further as above.
On arrival in Johannesburg, you will be met airside by a representative from Menzies Aviation who will assist you through immigration /customs and to check you in for your onward flight to Windhoek, Namibia.
On arrival in Windhoek, you will be met by a representative from Etango Guest Ranch and transferred to the property for an overnight.

Depart from Etango Guest Ranch
Road transfer from Etango Guest Ranch to Hosea Kutako International Airport. You will be met and assisted by a Wilderness Safaris representative to your circuit light aircraft transfer to Doro Nawas Airstrip.

This evening meet with Tana and other friends.
I am coordinating meetings and waiting on confirmation from Map Ives and Kim Nixon who will meet with you during your stay in Maun.

Road transfer from Thamalakane to Maun airport. The lodge will arrange this transfer,.
Fly to Kalahari Plains Camp for 3 nights.
Wilderness Air Botswana
On arrival at Maun Airport off transfer from Thamalakane (booked direct by guests) you will be met and assisted by a Wilderness Safaris representative to your light aircraft for your onward circuit air transfer to Kalahari Plains.
Note that there are stops en-route which may require changing aircraft and times for the shuttle transfer will only be determined on the day.
The number of passengers carried on each leg of our circuit flights is dependent on aircraft used, time of year, passenger and luggage weights, routing, fuel required, etc.
