Your tour today will start in your hotel lobby where your friendly guide will meet you before showing you through the historic Rocks precinct. Witness the birth place of Sydney and explore the convict built cottages, pubs and the first church in Australia.
Heading east, make your way to the stunning Botanical Gardens situated right in the heart of Sydney. En route you pass through Macquarie Street named after the fifth Governor of New South Wales, Lachlan Macquarie. Here you will see Australia’s first Parliament House, Mint, Hyde Park Barracks and St Mary’s Cathedral. The tour continues onto Mrs Macquarie’s Chair situated on the water’s edge, here you will enjoy a walking tour of the harbour’s edge with magnificent views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House before rejoining your vehicle.
Continue through Woolloomooloo, Kings Cross and into Rushcutters Bay. Stop to enjoy a lunch at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, Australia’s premier yacht club and home to what is considered yachting’s ‘Everest’ – the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race. Continue on through Darling Point, one of Sydney’s most affluent suburbs and see some of Sydney’s most sought after addresses. Pass by Double Bay, Rose Bay, Vaucluse and Watsons Bay, before traversing along the coastline to Sydney’s most famous beach, Bondi Beach. Here you will have some time to soak up the atmosphere of this beachside Mecca. Stroll down the esplanade with the locals and maybe enjoy an ice cream before re-boarding your vehicle.
Return to Sydney via the vibrant Oxford Street and the suburb of Paddington; admire this boutique shopping precinct and the charming Georgian and Victorian architecture of the homes. Arriving back at your hotel you will have enjoyed a great day out seeing some of Sydney’s best kept secrets and having taken some fantastic photos!

A trip to Sydney is not complete without a visit to the world class wineries of the Hunter Valley – allow us to take you there. Leaving your hotel travel through the historic Rocks precinct before crossing over the magnificent Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Wind your way through the leafy Northern Suburbs, and then escape through the brilliant sandstone outcrops of Ku-ring-gai National Park to reach the mighty Hawkesbury River. Stop for a traditional ‘Aussie’ morning tea deep in the bush before continuing on into the Hunter region.
From Mt View descend into the Hunter Valley and begin wine tasting at a few of the very special boutique wineries in the area. Chat to the owners, admire their cottage locations and let them show off the best of their vintages. At the foothills of the Broken Back Range you’ll enjoy lunch, featuring a selection of fine local produce and wines before spending the remainder of the afternoon visiting some of the larger vineyards for more superb wine tasting. As the day draws to an end, return to Sydney via the scenic freeway to conclude this relaxing and enjoyable day.

After breakfast you will be collected for a Sydney Harbour Long Lunch Cruise.
Cruise Sydney harbour on a luxury cruiser as you discover the beauty of Sydney Harbour and dine at some world famous iconic harbour side restaurants. Your cruise will begin with a welcome from your crew as you board your luxury cruiser and depart for the harbour. Soft drinks, sparkling wine, beer, still wine, tea and coffee will be available from the time you step aboard. As we cruise past the world famous landmarks of the Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House your crew will be on hand to tell you about the past and modern day history of the harbour. You will see Woolloomoolloo Bay the home of the Australian Navy’s Sydney Base Garden Island, then venture further down the harbour cruising past Double Bay and Point Piper which are the location of the most expensive homes in Sydney. You then head past Clarke and Shark Islands which are 2 national parks in the middle of the harbour, with Rose Bay on your right. Shortly after you will be past Vaucluse for your entrée and first stop at the renowned Doyles on the Beach at Watsons Bay. You will disembark the boat and head down the wharf to the restaurant where you will have a choice of entrees to choose from and a selection of beverages to choose from to accompany. After you have finished dining on your delicious entrée it will be time to head back to the boat where we head off again for main course. Once back onboard we will cruise past the opening of Sydney Heads with Manly off to our right and around Middle Head into Middle Harbour where we will stop at the Balmoral Jetty where you will disembark again for your main course at the Balmoral Public Dining Room. Here you will choose your main course from the menu and have a selection of beverages to choose from to accompany. After you have finished dining on your sumptuous lunch it will be time to head back to the boat where you will then head up to Spit Bridge and beyond to see some amazing landscapes and homes perched on the cliffs of Sydneys upper class North Shore district. Whilst onboard you will be able to have your dessert from the dessert and cheese platters. Your return will be back through Middle Harbour and then renter the main harbour where you will see the northern shores of Sydney Harbour, cruise past Taronga Zoo and the prime ministers house. There is even an opportunity to stop for a swim if you choose-time permitting. This cruise is the long lunch and really does show you all the beauty of Sydney Harbour.
