Elephant Nature Park

Elephant Nature Park is an elephant rescue sanctuary and rehabilitation center located in Northern Thailand, providing a natural environment for elephants, dogs, cats, buffaloes and many other rescued animals. There are different types of visits open to travellers and volunteers including the short park visit, where guests can observe bathing elephants; the single day visit, where visitors can relish bathing and feeding time with elephants and the overnight visit, where visitors get the chance to enjoy the simple rustic nature of Thailand in the unique company of the rescued herd.The park has different volunteering programs including the Surin Project, which is a unique and innovative concept aimed at improving the living conditions of captive Asian elephants, removing elephant rides and providing economic sustainability through responsible volunteer tourism.
