Upon arrival into Casablanca, after completing immigration and customs formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Here you will be met by an Alluring Africa representative for your private road transfer to Rabat, where you will stay at Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses for one night.
Dinner will be organized on the rooftop of the hotel where you can relax, take in a cocktail and enjoy the views of the city over the medina rooftops.

After breakfast, enjoy a short tour of the sites of Rabat before heading to Fez, the spiritual and culinary capital of Morocco. Check in to Riad Fez where you will stay for the next three nights.
Founded in the 9th century, Fez reached its height in the 13thโ14th centuries under the Merinids when it replaced Marrakesh as the capital of the kingdom. If its history of architecture boasting the oldest university in the world doesnโt inspire you then maybe the traditional artisans using age old techniques of carving, copper bashing, weaving and leather dying will.
Food too is sacred in this splendid city and a constant occupation for the locals with fragrant souks offering the freshest of produce to cater for locals and visitors alike.
There are no snake charmers to work their magic on you in Fez; the medina itself will do the trick.

This morning, at a time to be advised, you will be collected for your morning tour of the artisans. Your specialist guide will showcase the alluring charm of the medina of Fez, the colourful streets and souks and the rich tapestry of life that exists within its ancient walls. We gain access to ancient palaces and Islamic gardens, venture into the depths of the tanneries, observe weavers at their loom and discover hidden workshops where generations of artisans ply their individual trades and adapt century old techniques to a modern market. The tour should last about 4 hours.

In its original incarnation as Restro 7 this restaurant was voted was voted one of the worldโs most beautiful restaurants by the Wall Street Journal and deemed worth travelling forโฆLocated in the heart of the Fez medina NUR is Chef Najat Kaanache’s tribute to the proud cultural and agricultural diversity of Moroccoโฆ the cradle of Moroccan gastronomy.

This morning, at a time to be advised, you will be collected for your culinary tour with a Fassi foodie expert. This morning is all about unearthing the culinary secrets of Morocco cuisine on a street food tour with a local Fez food expert. Start by exploring the fresh food souks, then on to the honey souk to taste an array of delicious honey visit ancient farnatchis, the spice El Attarryia and the henna souk. Try traditional Moroccan foods including dried meats, milawi, harsha, briwats, spicy sardines, and fresh goat cheese, finishing off with a visit to a traditional Moroccan tea house. The tour runs for 3 hours.

Enjoy the morning at leisure before taking a domestic flight to Marrakech. Upon arrival, you will be transferred directly to Agafay Desert Camp, where you will stay for one night.
Unlike the dunes of the Sahara Desert which take hours to reach, the Agafay with its stony hamada style desert offers a stunning landscape to relax, unwind and watch the setting sun โ youโll feel a world away from Marrakech even though itโs only a 45 minute drive.
Spend the night in a charming bivouac of a dozen oriental-inspired tents in the most beautiful corner of Morocco. Dotted amongst the desert landscape, the spacious and comfortable tents are decorated with uniquely sourced pieces and locally crafted artwork to form a harmonious whole with their surroundings giving the impression of being on an expedition from another time.

In the late morning, at a time to be advised, you will head for the High Atlas Mountains towards the Toubkal national park, where you will find Jebel Toubkal, the highest peak in Morocco and at the base the traditional Berber Village of Imlil. This region of Morocco for the natural surroundings offering spectacular views over the Berber dwellings in picturesque valley of olive groves and the majestic mountains.

In the late morning at a time to be advised, your mountain guide will meet you for a half day hike through the Mountain regions. The region is a great spot to birdwatch with many migratory species often found in this High Atlas is particularly known for the highly sought-after white-rumped swift and Levaillantโs woodpecker can often be seen in the valleys around Asni and Imlil, along with large flocks of both red-billed and alpine chough, along with the little-known crimson-winged finch is a rare resident that can be spotted in the area.
In the afternoon you will be treated to a luxury hammam and massage by the La Stone therapyยฎ – the perfect body, mind and soul treatment, it aims at creating balance and harmony within the person and is deeply relaxing and nurturing.

In the Ourika Valley, souk day is a special day. Market day. Coming from the all the Berber villages in the region, vendors of all kinds descend on the small town of Tnin to create a microcosmic souk city.
Each in its own little area of the market youโll find everything from livestock auctioneers, rug sellers, vegetables, the butcherโs section (not for the faint-hearted!), clothing, a veritable village of barberโs stalls, healers, and the very best food stalls cooking up a storm of tagines, spicy sardine cakes, chickpea soups, BBQ skewers to name a few. Weโll do some purchasing and take our fresh produce onwards to meet a local Berber family and partake in a very local experience of cooking and dining in their home with traditional adobe architecture, all with the back-drop view of the majestic High Atlas Mountains. Rural community life at its best, safest and friendliest.
Following lunch continue to Marrakech, where you will stay at Amanjena Resort for two nights.

This morning depart Marrakech for Oualidia; with its mild year-round climate, peaceful beaches and 11km stretch of lagoon, Oualidia is a little known paradise in the South West coast of Morocco. In spring and autumn, migrating pink flamingos land on the marshes and wetland on the way from Spain to sub-Saharan Africa. You can spot elegant sandpipers and curlews, herons marching through the sand and the dramatic diving swallows performing in the sun setting sky. Oualidia is a great destination for families to see another diversity of this fantastic country.
Wine at La Fromageries & Cheese Tasting at Val DโArgan.
En route stop off to at Val DโArgan for a degustation of local then onto La Fromageries where owner Abdul Abderrazzak Khoubbane and his Chef Jaouad Hbib and run a seriously good dairy. The cheeses are made from old Berber techniques and each cheese reflects the unique vision of the farm in offering bio-made produce at high quality levels.

Fresh picnic with seafood and champagne!
Oualidia is a haven for seafood lovers being the center of oyster production in Morocco. For your final dinner this evening a beachside seafood and champagne picnic is arranged on the shores of the Atlantic โ what better way to end your 50th Celebrations!
